“Itchy Itchy Scratchy Scratchy oh I got them on my Backy….”
Yep, thats right alot of itching going on over here..Cole got the chicken pox on Nov. 13th. He was an absolute trooper, put up with the cool baths, the meds, and did a terrific job trying not to scratch =) He still has some that have the scabs falling off but everyday I see less and less, Addison has not got them yet…but maybe had a mild case when she was younger..who knows. Addison has had a fever off and on since Wed. of last week and she was not really complaining of anything just a headache..so finally today I took her in to the Doc and she has full blown Strep Throat…a g a i n! With her having no tonsils I don’t think she gets that sore of a throat, just the fever that does not go away. So 10 days of meds for her.
I have started on some Christmas crafts with the kids and also some shopping, This year seems to have just flown right on by. I also had some time to scrap a few Layouts so I will post those and pics of Pox Cole below.. No bites on our home yet, but we know it will sell if it is God’s plan for us to move our family. So we pray and wait.
I hope everyone has an extra special Turkey Day, and eat extra Turkey for us caz we are stuck home and have a Pizza to make and root bear floats for the kids!!!! Love and Blessing to you all!- xo- Jules

Hi there — oh, Addy, I’m so sorry you have strep again! Yikes!!! I hope the chicken pox don’t come while you are sick with strep. But, hey, Nana was six and had measles, mumps, chicken pox and my tonsils out all in one year!! Your poor Great Grandma and Great Grandpa had their hands full!!!
Cole, you did an awesome job handling those chicken pox. I’m so glad you got your medicine because it seems you recovered really fast! Good Job!!
Looks like Aunt Cari and Timmy are getting better so we plan on Thanksgiving there. Sure wish you would be there too, but know you can’t.

My gosh is time flyin. I still have a scar on my forehead where I must not have listened too well when scratching the chicken pox, lol. I didn’t know you guys were trying to sell? Good luck, we are too. It’s been on the market for a couple months and only two walk throughs, I know its a horrible time to sell but we wanted to try and get a house and that being said, it’s a great time to buy. We’ll see…..Email me some ideas for the kids when you get time. Hope you guys are doing good! We’ll miss you again this Christmas. Love you guys!

glad to hear you are getting better. I still have a scar from mine oh so many years ago and I will search for the photo i have of your mom and my Michelle sleeping together up at the lake in Michigan both covered with pox. they must have been about 3-4 years old, maybe younger. We spent thanksgiving with just the two of us as Michelle, Josh and George went to Josh’s dad’s home in springfield. Dick and I went to a local church that has a dinner each year. We did the same last year and had a very nice time, great food and saw alot of people we knew. Went home and took a nap!. WE have had some snow but not enough to worry about. Waiting for the Big One. ove to you all. AK and UD
